Our in-house lighting product design team ensure that your concepts become viable solutions. We also know how lighting affects people at work, at home, at school and at play - not just inside but for outside spaces too. This equips us to shape solutions that are as positive for people as they are sustainable for the environment and for businesses.

We can also offer 3D mapping and high-resolution images of your product prior to production as well as all  BIM files of the product prior to production as well as most industry-standard CAD formats, fully detailed 2D drawings, and other presentation files to share your products key features and design.

Alongside our luminaire design service, we also offer the design and manufacture of lighting control panels and lighting control modules. These can be either designed in line with your existing specifications or from your original designs. Our full in-house production facility enables us to offer assembly of your final products in line with our ISO 9001 quality standards ensuring the control of quality and safety.

Renowned in providing conversions and restoration for existing luminaires that need to retain their original character in line with the building or surroundings is an area we offer expertise in. This could be either a bespoke or unique product that cannot be replaced due to your customer's requirements or linked to a listed building or similar. We can convert your luminaire to provide you with the most efficient, reliable and energy-saving light source as well as restoration of the glass and metalwork if required extending the life of the product for many years.

Our Complete Design Process

1. Initial concept

Once contacting us you will be handed to one of our design team where they will liaise with you to discuss your requirements and provide a brief outline of the project along with timescales and costs.

2. Design & Prototype

We will then provide a detailed drawing of your final design with high-resolution renders if required. Providing you with regular feedback on the progress of your project along the way.

3. Testing

Extensive testing and evaluation are key in any design process. Our in-house qualified engineers use a range of test equipment to give you peace of mind your product has been tested to the highest of standards.

4. Manufacturing/Assembly

Once your project is complete we can handle the full manufacturing and assembly services, product instructions and fulfilment services if required.

5. Delivery

Our renowned fast turnaround and good logistics supply chain ensures your project is delivered on time. We offer timed deliveries or even a call off service to meet your requirements. Delivering all-important customer satisfaction.
